SPELL E-A-S-T-E-R

PARTS FOR PRIMARY CHILDREN

Props: Hold the letter for the part assigned to them. Step forward when it is their turn to speak.

E – Early in the morning, Mary went to the tomb to see Jesus.

A – After three days, Jesus arose from the grave.

S – Some guards were frightened when the angel rolled the stone away from the grave.

T – The angel told Mary not to be frightened, but to go and tell the disciples, “Jesus is Alive!”

E – Even when Mary told the disciples, they did not believe her, and went to see for themselves.

R – Returning to the grave site, they found Jesus was gone. He had risen!

All: Jesus had risen, and He is alive today living in the hearts of all who believe in Him!
