SANTA SHARES THE MEANING OF C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S




Props
: Santa hats for all kids, one reindeer hat, sleigh bells, and letters on cardstock that spell Christmas. Hang these around their necks.

Costumes: Red and white t-shirts, dark pants or jeans

 

C- Come one, come all, and hear the story of Christmas from Santa so long ago.

H – Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! Ho! (rings sleigh bells)

R – Reindeer, what do you have to say?

I – It was many years ago, out in the field some shepherds saw a glorious sight. (wears reindeer headband)

S – Shepherds, you say. What did they see so long ago. A star, the sun, or the solar system, Come on and tell us hurry, now hurry.

T – Traveling far the shepherds traveled to Bethlehem to see the child who was born in a lowly manger.

M – Mary the mother of Baby Jesus was tired after the long trip to Bethlehem and was glad that Baby Jesus was born.

A – A Star in the East shone high in the sky that led the wisemen to see the child.

S – So, this is the story on that Christmas night of a special child that brought Christmas light.

All : Ho! Ho! Ho! Have a great night! Merry Christmas to all!
